3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid business email address. Authentication is handled via a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email — no traditional passwords are stored. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activity that occurs under your PartnerFit account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep your profile information current. You may not create accounts using personal email services (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) unless specifically authorized.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, algorithms, matching logic, user interface, branding, and all underlying technology, is the exclusive property of PartnerFit and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

The PartnerFit name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of PartnerFit. You may not use these marks without prior written consent.

6. Data & Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including company profiles, needs, capabilities, partner program details, and contact information ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant PartnerFit a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

AI-generated insights, strategic fit scores, company intelligence summaries, and search results produced by the Service are the property of PartnerFit but are licensed to you for your internal business use while you maintain an active account.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform for use outside the Service
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) using contact information obtained through the Service
• Misrepresent your company, capabilities, or partnership intentions
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content designed to disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts for the same individual or impersonate another user
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute data or access to the Service

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

PartnerFit does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated insights, strategic fit scores, company intelligence, or contact information. Partnership outcomes depend on many factors outside the Service's control. You acknowledge that AI-generated suggestions are advisory in nature and should be validated independently.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARTNERFIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. PartnerFit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections related to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
